Engine services. Our engineers are available for engines overhauling in ports, drydocks or during sea passages. They are mainly marine engineers with few up to several years experience in motors servicing, repairs, replacement. a/ Main engines serviced so far are of: MAN, MaK, Daihatsu, Deutz / Wartsila, Yanmar, B&W, Sulzer, H.Cegielski & Zgoda Sulzer manufactured - no matter, if two or four stroke ones, Korean or Japanese version. b/ Auxiliary engines serviced so far are of: MAN, Volvo Penta, Deutz, Scania, Yanmar, SKL, MTU manufactured, as well as old other models. c/ Gear boxes serviced: Renk, Reintjes together with flexible couplings exchange. Normally one our supervisor would travel with the team for main engines or one our leading engineer may carry out overhauling of smaller engines with regular service engineer. For more complicated jobs, like crankshafts replacement, we recommend one engine manufacturer supervisor to attend. 2. Welders / fitters. Our plate, pipe welders/fitters are available mostly with AICS certificates. They are efficient welders/fitters for difficult tasks, able to work independently or under supervision of class surveyors. For bigger jobs we recommend two welders in team or multiplication of it. Most of our men holds seaman’s books, so seaman’s fares of aircraft transportation are applicable, as well as less visa problems can be expected. The men are able to do ballast tanks, coaming cracks rewelding, weather damages, cell guides replacement and other stevedore damage repairs during sea passages, if only materials and equipment is available on board. 3. Further services. Polish labour is still cheaper, than Western European countries. Especially now in crisis, men are available.
