After Sales Service - Fassmer Service America offers support after the sales to our clients ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLY CENTER As part of our overall safety management, we will provide all common parts quickly from our stock and will arrange the delivery of the spare parts right in time to the place they are needed or to a port anywhere in the world. Our supply chain management forms an important part of our quality management system. FLEET/VESSEL SERVICE AGREEMENTS Some of our customers have a worldwide operating fleet with lifeboats and rescue boats, davits, and deck equipment from different manufacturers. We can also take care of their complete lifesaving equipment including checking and keeping the service inspection dates and arranging the best and most economical place for the service. And the major benefit for you: This can be covered with only one contact person here at Fassmer Service. RE-HOOKING OR UPGRADING We make your lifeboats compliant acc. to the IMO regulations. The new Fassmer Duplex E2 release and retrieval systems are tested and approved. They are certified as exceeding the requirements listed in the IMO regulations MSC 320 (89) and MSC 321 (89). Fassmer Service takes over all necessary steps to make your lifeboat compliant according to the new IMO regulations: 1. Upgrading/Modification of existing Fassmer Hooks (release and retrieval systems). 2. Rehooking of non-Fassmer lifeboats including pre-inspection, calculating and engineering of foundation, certification by class authorities and finally the operations planning of material logistics and service engineers.
