Efficient Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems For safe, gentle and efficient cleaning, Martechnic® offers ultrasonic cleaning tanks as well as ultrasonic generators with transducers and ultrasonic cleaning liquid “Envirosonic”. By means of high-frequency ultrasound waves and cavitation effect produced in the cleaning liquid, dirt and deposit can be thoroughly removed from various engine components, including complexly shaped items and hard-to-reach areas, without prior dismantling of parts. For instance, the following items can be cleaned: fuel and lube oil filters, cylinder cover, cooler, valves, turbocharger impeller, air cooler etc. Moreover, customized ultrasonic devices can be designed for individual application purposes.
