We provide modern emission compliant engines ranging from 20 to 3000 BHP which can be packaged with a choice of diesel driven equipment including industrial open power units, electropaks, generator sets, fire pump sets, jetting units, hydraulic powerpacks and ATEX Zone II flame protected engines. Where required, units are packaged to comply with legislative and major classification authorities. PARTS & SPARES Prior Power Solutions' aftermarket support includes off-the-shelf availability of quality spare parts for a wide range of engines and equipment that we represent and support. We stock and extensive range of genuine parts, both new and re-manufactured making Prior Power Solutions your place to go. In addition to new parts supply, we are able to offer from stock a range of rebuilt/ service exchange equipment, including: cylinder heads, blowers, crankshafts, coolers and air starter motors. We also supply filters, antifreeze and lubricants. Our experienced parts team will be happy to source a broad spectrum of spares beyond the manufacturers we represent, in line with your requirements. SERVICE Prior Power Solutions provides a worldwide repair and maintenance service for the extensive range of engine and equipment manufacturers we represent. The service department conducts complete engine overhauls and servicing, as well as refurbishing existing diesel driven equipment to an extremely high standard. We also specialise in the repair and refurbishment for a wide variety of pumps to manufacturers’ standards, including centrifugal, vertical, reciprocating, high pressure and down hole applications. Our highly skilled factory trained workforce are experienced problem solvers and are available to work on-site or off-site – whether that is on-shore, offshore or at any global location. Our custom built facilities are designed for optimum safety and functional operation with overhead crane, cleaning facilities, electronic diagnostic equipment and engine load testing facility (up to 2000 BHP dynamometer). We also specialise in the supply and repair of air starter motors for a wide range of engines.
